Family Chess: Kid Power

Privacy policy.

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Family Chess is a chess game for a parent and a child to play together on one device. The current version is built to collect as close to nothing as possible. This policy also explains how we would handle any future analytics or tracking.

No personal information today.
Family Chess currently has no accounts and collects no names, email addresses, contacts, photos, or location, and has no way to identify who you are.
No analytics or tracking today.
The current version does not send gameplay, device, or usage events to us or to an analytics company. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Future analytics and tracking.
We reserve the right to add analytics or tracking in a future version. Before any such collection or tracking begins, we will update this policy and our App Store privacy disclosures, explain what data and services are involved and why, obtain permission where Apple or the law requires it, and provide any required privacy choices. Tracking that requires permission will not begin unless that permission is granted.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple.
The app asks Apple’s StoreKit service for available plans and a signed answer about whether a membership is active. We do not operate a purchase server or receive your Apple Account details. Apple’s handling of purchases is covered by Apple’s own privacy policy.
No third-party ads today.
The current version has no ads of any kind.
Local settings.
Preferences such as the chosen piece style and Kid Power level are saved only in the app's own storage on your device and are deleted when the app is deleted.
