NibbleKeys Snacks & Spells: Typing Tutor Game

Privacy policy.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

NibbleKeys is designed so Human Renaissance does not collect data through the app. Player profiles, typing progress, and game progress stay in the app on the iPad, subject to any Apple device backup the iPad owner chooses to keep.

No Human Renaissance account.
NibbleKeys has no developer account system, sign-in, cloud profile, or Human Renaissance cloud sync.
No developer analytics, advertising, or tracking.
The app does not include an advertising or analytics SDK and does not send Human Renaissance gameplay events, diagnostics, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or purchase events. It does not track a person across other companies’ apps or websites.
Gameplay has no developer-operated network endpoint.
Game content is bundled with NibbleKeys. StoreKit communicates with Apple for membership actions. When a grown-up taps Terms or Privacy on the Membership screen, NibbleKeys asks Safari or the iPad’s chosen browser to open Apple’s Standard EULA on apple.com or this policy on humanr.ai. Those web visits happen only after the user taps a link.
Player data is stored in the app.
Player names, avatars, typing progress, stickers, coin balances, settings, and game progress are stored in the app’s local container on the iPad. Human Renaissance does not operate a server that receives or stores this data.
Apple may include app data in a device backup.
Depending on the iPad owner’s Apple backup settings, Apple may include the app’s local data in an iCloud or computer backup and may restore it with the device. Human Renaissance cannot access that backup. Apple handles it under Apple’s privacy terms and the owner’s settings.
Backup text moves only when a grown-up chooses.
The grown-up view can export a player’s backup text to the iPad clipboard, or display it for copying, and can import backup text that the user pastes. NibbleKeys does not transmit that text. The user chooses whether to move or store it with another app or service.
Memberships are handled by Apple.
The app uses StoreKit to ask Apple for available products, local prices, purchase results, and signed membership entitlements. Human Renaissance does not receive payment-card details or Apple Account credentials through the app and does not operate a purchase server.
Capacitor packages the local games.
The app uses the open-source Capacitor and CapacitorCordova frameworks to display its bundled game files and connect them to the native StoreKit membership feature. It does not include a third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting service.

App Store disclosure

These practices correspond to Apple’s Data Not Collected disclosure, with tracking set to No. Apple services used at the player’s request, including StoreKit purchases and Apple device backups, remain subject to Apple’s policies and the Apple Account owner’s settings.

Data choices and deletion

Deleting NibbleKeys removes its local app container from that iPad. A separately retained iCloud or computer backup may still contain app data until the Apple Account owner deletes or replaces that backup. Human Renaissance cannot view or delete an Apple backup.

Resetting a player removes that player’s local progress from the app. It does not delete backup text the user previously copied or saved elsewhere. Importing backup text places that player data back into the app’s local storage.

When you contact support

If you email Human Renaissance, we receive the sender information and details you choose to include. We use them to reply and investigate the request. Email justin@humanr.ai to ask us to delete a support message and related records, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Changes to this policy

If a future app version changes these practices, Human Renaissance will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before the new practice begins, and will request any permission required by Apple or applicable law.
