Secret Roles support.
One iPhone or iPad deals a private role to everyone at the table. Everything happens offline on that one device. The quick guide and common fixes are below.

Common questions.
How do we start a game?
Enter one name for each player, choose whether to include the Medic and Jester, then tap Start Game. Pass the device to the person named on screen. Each person taps their own name, reads their role, and passes the device on.
Why did the role card close?
Each role is shown for five seconds and then closes automatically so the next player cannot see it. A closed card cannot be reopened. Restart the deal if the player missed it.
What does Use Last Players do?
It reloads the most recent roster from this device. Those names are saved only inside Secret Roles and never leave the device.
Does the app need Wi-Fi or an account?
No. Secret Roles has no account, login, server, cloud sync, analytics, or advertising. The entire game runs on the device.
Can I rotate the device?
iPhone stays in portrait so a role is not exposed during a handoff. iPad supports portrait and landscape, including upside-down portrait.
How do I erase the saved roster?
Starting another game replaces it with the new roster. Deleting Secret Roles removes the saved roster and all other app data from the device.
