Medical Wizard support
Support and legal information · Updated August 17, 2026
Medical Wizard organizes health records on your iPhone and can use AI to extract and explain selected information. It is an information tool—not a clinician, medical device, or emergency service.

Subscriptions
- Use Restore purchases on the plans screen or in Settings if you already subscribed.
- Manage or cancel through Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A lapsed subscription leaves local records viewable but disables new AI requests.
- Apple handles billing and refunds under its App Store policies.
Privacy and deletion
The case-file database stays on the iPhone. AI analysis is optional; when enabled, selected records, prompts, and related context pass through our stateless relay to Anthropic or OpenAI. The relay does not store request content, but a provider may retain it as described in the policies below.
Settings > Delete everything removes the local case file, consent receipts, and locally tracked jobs. Deleting the app also removes its local container. Turning AI off stops new sends but cannot recall a request already within a provider retention period.
AI language safety
Navigation is localized, but the launch medical-output safety corpus is validated for English. AI questions or generated medical prose that cannot be confidently classified as English abstain instead of showing an answer. More AI languages require their own tested safety corpus.
