Medical Wizard AI Processing Notice

Medical Wizard uses automated systems from Anthropic and OpenAI to extract, organize, summarize, and explain information from records you choose to send. Requests pass through Human Renaissance’s stateless Cloudflare relay. The relay does not persist request or response content; provider retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, fabricated, mistranslated, or wrong. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment, dosing instruction, emergency service, or substitute for a licensed clinician. Do not use it for urgent or high-risk decisions. Contact a qualified clinician; call 911 or your local emergency number for an emergency.

Language safety

At launch, the medical-output safety corpus is validated for English. Navigation is localized, but AI questions or generated medical prose that cannot be confidently classified as English abstain. Support for another AI language requires its own tested safety corpus before output is enabled.

Your control

AI analysis is optional and separately controlled in Settings. Turning it off stops new AI sends. Review source citations and the original record before using output. Report a concerning result to justin@humanr.ai without attaching medical records unless we specifically provide a secure channel.
